Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and enjoy Luxios services for your individual, non-commercial, entertainment purposes only.

You may not:

  • Sell or copy the service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile
  • Derive source code
  • Transfer or publish content
  • Grant security interests

Virtual Goods & Currency

What is Virtual Content?

Virtual content includes game currency and virtual goods such as:

  • Weapons and items
  • Consumables
  • Cosmetics and accessories

Virtual Content Ownership

Important: You don't own Virtual Content

When you obtain Virtual Content, you receive a limited license to access it within the game. You cannot:

  • Transfer items (unless allowed by game features)
  • Sell items for real money
  • Claim ownership rights

Refund Policy

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds for:

  • In-game scamming (though we'll help recover your account)
  • Terms violations resulting in bans
  • Unauthorized software usage
  • Account cancellation
